Partnerships & Networking

Making and sustaining partnerships

This workshop complements our fundraising series and can be delivered in a room or on Zoom. We share with you essential knowledge and expertise on how to set up the best partnership from the get-go. We will share experience of working with like-minded organisations to you as well as working cross sectors and some of things to consider.

We will explore how to manage expectations and the working relationship, including how to do background work, form your agreement and how to judge whether the partnership is working well.

Laura will share how, over the last 20 years, she has worked on a huge number of projects, each with multiple partners, and how to troubleshoot challenges and build strong flourishing relationships that will last.
