We run a series of fundraising workshops aimed at different levels of knowledge and experience - from those who are taking their first steps into making funding applications, to those wanting to brush up on skills and get new insights. We also run workshops to help those who want to take a more strategic approach including, creating a case for support or diversifying income.

Developing a Fundraising Strategy - delivered in a room or on Zoom

Laura takes you through an easy to follow step by step guide in how to build your own strategy that can be used by you as well as internal staff and external organisations. Throughout the workshop, Laura will help you focus on what needs to be included in your strategy, the why, who, when and how to apply for funding.

She will also share insider tips and expertise on how to manage applications, approaches, budgets, pitches, successes, and manage some of the challenges and expectations on how to deliver a successful strategy that works for you and your organisation.

Intermediate Fundraising - delivered in a room or on Zoom

Enhance your knowledge on fundraising and take it to the next level. 

If you’ve already completed our bidwriting online course or have some basic knowledge and experience in funding applications and fundraising then this next level is ideal for you.

We will be specifically covering certain areas around troubleshooting applications, partnerships, and strategies.  This workshop is ideal in investing in staff and teams across your organisations and helping them to think about what income generation could be.  Past attendees have also feedback that this approach has helped them with developing a culture of change across their teams, taking ownership of generating fundraising, income and partnerships.
