supportive facilitating
We want to support you in helping your company or sector to create a positive change for people. We offer support through facilitation - be that hosting networks, chairing or moderating conferences and events, running staff and board away days, or as part of a change process. We also recruit and facilitate action learning sets.
We can advise on everything from the best approaches to the right delivery formats to ensure you feel the benefit of our support. We’ve selected a few of our more recent highlights/stories of how we have helped and support organisations in the voluntary, third sector, arts and culture in the last few years. You can also download our latest facilitating CV.
“I invited Laura to moderate a series of conversations as part of an international conference. I wanted someone who would be able to connect meaningfully the various discussions, move the conversation forward and bring new possibilities and perspectives. The discussions were very rich, both open and focused, and clear. Her presence and contribution a perfect combination of confidence, warmth, clarity, challenge, calm and dynamism.”
